DOWNTOWN WELLNESS CHALLENGE - MAY
The Downtown Wellness Challenge is a month-long program (May 1 - May 31) designed to help you explore local fitness and wellness businesses in a fun and rewarding way. It’s an easy, flexible way to try something new, support small businesses, and prioritize your health.
As we head into summer, it’s a great time to build momentum and find routines that keep you feeling your best. There is no pressure to complete everything. Whether you are dropping into a class, trying a service, or visiting a new shop, each stop is a chance to discover something new, find your new go-to wellness spot, and build a routine that fits into your everyday life.
HOW IT WORKS
Grab a card: Pick one up at any participating business or download it below
Visit & complete: Stop by participating locations and complete their assigned activity to earn a stamp
Book ahead if needed: Some businesses require advance reservations. Check each listing for details, and use promo code SODT where applicable
Collect & submit - Collect 5 stamps to enter the standard prize drawing or 10 to enter the grand prize drawing. Submit by June 1st

Each participant may submit only ONE card for the prize drawing (A completed card must have 5 or 10 stamps)
One stamp per business
Challenge cards must be submitted by June 1st to qualify
Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries and contacted by email, phone, or DM
Open to all ages; participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian submit their entry
