DIGITAL KIOSK ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

The South Orange Downtown digital kiosk sits in a prime location outside the NJ Transit Station on the busy Morris & Essex Line and directly in front of Starbucks. This high-visibility location on Sloan Street reaches commuters, the Seton Hall community, residents, and visitors throughout the day.

Advertising here places your business at the center of daily activity, helping you stay visible, relevant, and connected to the South Orange community.

⭐FIRST ACCESS FOR SOUTH ORANGE BRICK-AND-MORTAR BUSINESSES ONLY

Advertising reservations are currently open exclusively to South Orange brick-and-mortar businesses through May 8, after which the program will open to all advertisers.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

The Digital Kiosk Advertising Program gives businesses the opportunity to promote their services through a rotating digital display in the downtown.

Advertising runs on a scheduled rotation and is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and approval. To ensure a balanced and engaging mix, a limited number of advertisers from similar business categories will run at the same time.

Priority access is offered to South Orange businesses at select times throughout the year. All advertising is reviewed to ensure it aligns with and supports the downtown business community.

MEDIA RATES

Full sCREEN AD

  • $1,250 - Quarterly Placement (equivalent to approximately $96 per week)
    Best value for sustained exposure

  • $500 - Monthly Placement(equivalent to approx. $125 per week)
    Provides consistent visibility throughout the month

  • $300 - Two-Week Placement(equivalent to $150 per week)
    Ideal for short-term promotions, events, or announcements

HALF SCREEN AD

  • $625 - Quarterly Placement (equivalent to approximately $48 per week)

  • $250 - Monthly Placement(equivalent to approx. $62.50 per week)

  • $150 - Two-Week Placement(equivalent to $75 per week)

Rates are based on a rotating digital placement and subject to availability.

Ad Format & payment

AD FORMAT

  •  Each ad receives a 10-second display slot

  •  Ads may be static or video

  •  All ad graphics must be clear, clean and legible. 

  • South Orange Downtown may request revisions to ensure quality and readability.

  •  Final artwork must meet kiosk specifications

PAYMENT TERMS

  • A 50% deposit is required to hold approved advertising space

  • The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the scheduled ad run

  • Rates and availability are subject to change

All advertising must comply with South Orange Village ordinances and New Jersey state law. Ads must:

  • Be truthful and not misleading

  • Be suitable for all audiences

  • Reflect community standards

  • Be owned or legally licensed by the advertiser

The following content will not be permitted:

  • Alcohol, cannabis, tobacco, or vaping products

  • Political advertising

  • Adult, discriminatory, or demeaning material

All ads are subject to approval by South Orange Downtown, which reserves the right to reject any advertisement at its discretion.
