Join us for a 60-minute beginner workshop geared towards anyone ages 45+ who is interested in exploring the world of Aerial Fitness. AIR Classic participants will work through poses while focusing on body awareness and mindfulness in regards to certain areas of the body that might be more prone to injury.
This introductory aerial fitness/aerial yoga workshop introduces participants to the aerial hammock, while focusing on basic movements and exercises. Lots of modifications and off-the-hammock options will be offered with plenty of opportunities to elevate your workout by kicking things up a notch as well!
